Most custom orders are processed and manufactured within 3-5 business days. Once completed, shipping usually takes an additional 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Can I request a custom design or logo?
Absolutely! You can upload your high-resolution files directly on the product page or contact our design team for assistance with a completely bespoke layout.
What materials do you use for your signs?
We use premium, industry-standard materials including durable aluminum, high-grade acrylic, and weather-resistant vinyl to ensure your sign lasts for years indoors or outdoors.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, LC SIGN SHOP ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Since custom signs are made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error. Please double-check all spelling before finalizing your order.
